KANTOKU WORLD STATION:working vehicles such as trucks, buses, tractors,forklifts, construction-related.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this regulation is to enable Kantoku World Station (hereafter quoted as "KWS") to organize Tender Style Auction using Internet, and carry out mediation of used vehicles and used machinery in smooth and fair manners.

Article 2 (Sponsor)

Kantoku Corporation will be responsible for the management of KWS. Intellectual property right and usage right for all data/information prepared by KWS are reserved by KWS, and reproduction or utilization of these by members or a third party it is forbidden unless permitted by KWS.

Article 3 (Suspension/cancellation of auction)

In case of difficulty in auction operation due to unforeseen accident of computer, equipment, etc., or by natural disaster (including earthquake, hurricane, flood, etc.), arbitration by KWS should be observed. KWS and Kantoku Corporation will not be responsible for any damages or loss occurred to the memberﾕs business by this arbitration.

Article 1 (Membership qualification)

KWS members are required to satisfy the following conditions.

(1)	To have active and permanent business point overseas,
(2)	To be able to make contact within KWS business hour,
(3)	To meet credit criteria of KWS and pass audit by KWS,
(4)	To fulfill all requirements based on KWS internal rule to join as member, follow the prescribed procedures, pass the membership audit, and become approved as member,
(5)	To be specially approved as member by KWS.

Article 2 (Fee at the time of joining)

For joining KWS Preview Version, the fee is free of charge.

Article 3 (ID and password)

To all KWS members, individual and corporate, KWS will lend member ID and password. However, KWS will not be responsible for any troubles whatsoever occurred in relation to the ID or password. Issue fee for ID and password is as below.
ID and password issue fee: 10,000 yen

Article 4 (Membership validity)

Term of validity for membership is permanent. However, there are possible cases where the membership validity is terminated, when term of validity for free of charge membership becomes restricted as a result of improvement in KWS service and system.

Article 5 (Member's right)

Members are given access at KWS to successful bids and specific information provided by KWS.

Article 6 (Member's obligation)

KWS members should follow the obligations as below.

1.	Members are to observe the regulations in sincere manner.
2.	All transactions such as vehicle circulation, vehicle search, etc., will be proceeded by computer operations, and participants are obliged to follow the entire results under this system.
3.	Change in important items related to membership qualification, such as member's name, name of representative, address of main office, contact number, business form, etc., should be reported to KWS administration office in writing immediately.

Article 7 (Restriction to member's right)

KWS holds the right based on this regulation to restrict the carrying out, operations, and shipping of the inquired vehicle.

Article 8 (Prohibited actions by member)

KWS prohibits the actions specified as below.
1. To make inquiry by using the name lent between members.
2. To contact the former registered holder, etc., without permission of KWS.
3. To ignore warning/advice by KWS administration office.
4. Any other action that violates this regulation.

Article 9 (Disqualification of membership)

When any of the following items are interfered by a member, the member is disqualified.

1.	In case of member's dismissal due to reason other than merger.
2.	When L/C (Letter of credit) has been requested as settlement method and a problem was found in the L/C.
3.	Transfer of credit/debt against KWS administration office to others without permission, execution by legal process including temporary by others regarding the relevant credit/debt, such as seizure.
4.	Voluntary withdrawal
5.	When failed to be in contact with administration office for 12 months or longer.
6.	Matters judged as violation to this regulation by KWS administration office.
7.	Any other actions inappropriate as KWS member.

Article 10 (Damages accepted for members)

During the term from opening of KWS to carrying out of the product, KWS will bear responsibility for theft and damages. However, for the following cases, KWS will not bear the responsibility.
(1) When the theft/damages are due to natural disaster.
(2) When carrying out or preparation work for carrying out cannot be practiced, due to delay in payment, etc.
(3) In any other case where KWS does not stand responsible.
